Calculation of Temperature Fields in Continual Asymmetrical-Isotropic Media

  • Wiesław Gogół

Abstract

Two methods (analytical and numerical) of calculation of temperature fields in one-dimensional asymmetrical-isotropic media are presented. In those bodies an effect of asymmetry of the heat flux is in existence. The analytical method is based on the integral of Fourier's equation; the numerical method of calculation is based on Fourier's low and a method of Adams. A good conformity of the results of calculation of temperature fields in a plate by both methods is obtained.
