MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF A SEPARATOR/SUPERHEATER FOR ANALYZING THE DYNAMICS OF A NUCLEAR POWER PLAN TURBINE
Abstract
The mathematical model of a moisture separator/steam superheater for analyzing the dynamics of a saturated steam turbine for nuclear power plants has been presented in this paper. The concept and structure of the model has been discussed. The basic relationships aperaring in the model have been given and the method of solving it presented. Exemplary results of calculating the transient processes occuring in the separator/superheater as a consequence of jump changes in turbine load have been cited.
