Abstract

The hypothesis of a functional minimum of a thermodynamic system evolution presented in [8] has been used to substantiate the current and voltage fluctuations in a thermionic generator at β=1. The methods for elimination of a generator instability resulting from the performed analysis have been in good agreement with an experiment.
