Concept of a measurement and test station to determine linear pressure drop and the heat transfer coeffcient of internally ribbed tubes
Abstract
The paper describes the use of the internally rifled tubes in supercritical units. Geometry of rifled tubes use to investigate convective heat transfer coefficient and friction factor one the laboratory stand is presented. The theoretical equations to determine convective heat transfer coefficient and friction factor are cited. Last part of the paper contains a project and description of experimental stand.
