INVESTIGATION OF CHARACTERISTICS OF VORTEX TIPE INJECTION NOZZLES
Abstract
The results of tests of vortex type injection nozzles in comparison with theoretical computations data have been presented. The flow characteristics of nozzles, droppel size, atomization angle and influence of external factors have been examined. The obtained results have been applied in practice in design of condensate injection system into the condenser throat of extraction - condensing steam turbine of large output.
