APPARATUS FOR MEASUREMENTS OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF METALS IN MODERATE TEMPERATURES BY THE COMPARISION METHOD
Abstract
The comparison method of measurements of thermal conductivity of metals in a steady state had been presented. The design of the used simple apparatus had been based on previous theoretical analysis of temperature field s and calculations of heat losses in the experimental device. The developed apparatus can be used for measurments of thermal conductivity in the range 10 W/mK - 300 W/mK for temperatures in the range -15 С - 100 С.
