COMPUTER CODES FOR CONTROL OF PROCESS TURBOCOMPRESSOR SYSTEMS
Abstract
The role of process turbocompressors as elements of an industrial technological system controled by digital computers is discused. The programm system elaborated at the Institute of Heat Engineering of Warsaw Technical University is presented. This system is based on published earlier [1]รท[7] mathematical models and its verification and adaptation algorithms. Exemplary results of the application to an ammonia plant are given as well as other ways of application are discussed.
